Summary of responsibilities
This position provides administrative support primarily to the firm's Client Service Director and its Lead Advisors while maintaining operating efficiency.
Principal responsibilities
- Assist Client Service Director with ongoing service requests in an efficient and prompt manner
- Track pending business paperwork updating as necessary
- Anticipate Client Service Director needs proactively working to support in any way necessary
- Help in maintaining CRM database with any changes or updates as needed
- Utilize parent company website proficiently to access various resources, forms, and reports in a quick and efficient manner
- Provide recommendations to streamline office functions creating more efficient and effective procedures
- Manage incoming client phone calls as necessary, filtering to appropriate team members as needed
Required knowledge/skills/competencies
- Extreme attention to detail
- Superior organizational skills
- Patience and accuracy when dealing with repetitive work ensuring it is completed correctly
- Five years’ experience in an administrative role or three years’ experience in financial services
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Ability to follow directions exactly
This is a hybrid, 15-20 hours per week position which reports to the Blue Ash, Ohio office one day per week.
